The Allgemeiner Deutscher Automobil Club (ADAC) with over 15 million members, carried out its annual survey across Europe to record the number of breakdowns due to technical reasons, on cars registered between 2003 and 2008.
Breakdown statistics based on actual callouts attended by the ADAC revealed the Mercedes-Benz C-Class to be the most reliable model in the medium size car segment, way ahead of competition from the world’s other leading car manufacturers.
